Puerh

Pozdravček.

Zanima me, ali je mogoče že kdo probal zdravilni čaj Puerh in seveda bo dobrodošlo tudi kakšno mnenje.

It is an unusual black tea, because as opposed to other teas which are consumed shortly after production, it can be over 50 years old. Over this time they acquire an earthy flavour due to the layer of mold that develops on the leaves (or tea brick if they are compressed). The tea is often steeped for long periods of time and can acquire a dark brown/black color, as dark as strong coffee.

Pu-Erh Tea is a famous and popular beverage in Canton province and Southwestern China. It is a post-fermented tea. When brewed Pu-Erh tea has a dark reddish color with a strong, full and earthy taste

Pu-erh teas come from Yunnan province. They come in green, black, white and brick tea. These are teas with medicinal qualities, highly prized by the connoisseur. The peoples of the Yunnan-Tibet border have drunk pu-erh since the Tang dynasty, according to a Song dynasty scientific reference. The troops of Kublai Khan, "pacifying" the southwest after the 13th century Mongol conquest, are said to have introduced pu-erh to the rest of China for its medicinal value. Bricks of pu-erh tea constituted the first medium of monetary exchange used by nomads beyond the Great Wall of China, recorded in Chinese records as early as A.D. 476. The aroma and flavor are earthy, and pu-erh is often blended with other teas

bushbaby je napisal/aBaje je blazno zdrav, v kategoriji rdeèega grma opevanega, samo, da ima svoje uèinke nekam bolj usmerjene na imunski sistem (to vem iz prospekta èajnice). Edini problem je, da ni kaj posebej okusen (da se ga pa piti, ampak bolj toplega kot kasneje) in da res nagravžno smrdi, ko je enkrat pripravljen, ne v vreèki (po ribah meni). Vsake toliko vseeno popustim.

Jah če te tak slučajno nekaj muči potem ni hudega..jaz govorim o želodčno-črevesnih boleznih..itak boš pa sama videla,če se bojo po zaužitju kakšni problemi pojavili, potem ga ne več pit.
