There has been much concern over Edenmont?s method of killing, but we add another concern, and that is that your gallery is exploiting a woman who had a traumatic childhood, suffering the loss of her mother, and whose art is, from what she says, based on how that experience still upsets her. In response to this trauma, she has willfully decapitated animals and used their heads as tips on a woman?s fingers. She has also decapitated other animals and posed their heads on pedestals, in vases, and on china. Ms. Edenmont seems to be crying out for counseling, yet you are encouraging her to continue in her destructive behavior so that you can sell her goods, a pursuit as distasteful, perhaps, as it would be to encourage a woman who is being battered by her husband to stay in her home and get larger bruises so that you could continue to sell pictures of that "work."
