BANANAS AND APPLES FOR FIRMER AND SMOOTHER SKIN
Before you apply fruit mask, you have to cleanse your skin thoroughly! The best way to clean the pores is with steam – the heat opens your pores and mask is more efficient. However – be very careful that the steam is not to hot – the heat may damage your capillary.
Banana mask: strain (squeeze) one banana with fork, apply the mixture on your face and neck, wait for approx. 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Banana mask smoothes and revitalizes and is ideal for dry and sensitive skin.
Apricot mask: apply crushed peeled apricots onto the skin, leave for approx. 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Apricot mask is suitable for all skin types, it stretches and revives the skin and clears the complexion.
Apple mask: mix one peeled and crushed apple with one teaspoon of honey and one tablespoon of crushed wheat germs. Apply the mixture with fingertips or brush on the face and neck and leave for approx. 15 minutes. The acid that is in the apple reduces pores and pectin helps to reduce small wrinkles.
Grape mask
has similar effect. Mix 5 tablespoons of grape juice with 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of daily cream. Leave for approx. 15 minutes. This mask can also be applied onto the “cellulite area”- works well against cellulite.
VITAMINS MAKE YOUR SKIN FIRMER AND STRONGER It has been discovered recently, that when applying vitamins onto the skin, they absorb into the deeper layer of skin. Vitamin A has been known to smooth the SOOTHING ORANGE-YOGURT MASK mix 2 tbsp of orange juice with yogurt. Leave for approx. 10 minutes then rinse with warm water. It calms and smoothes the skin. This way you provide your skin as well as your body with vitamins. Buy fresh fruit every second day; don’t store fruit in refrigerator for too long because it looses vitamins. You can easily mix fruit with any cosmetic cream or mask and this way double the effect. CAVIAR is pure luxury, not only for the taste, but for the skin too. It contains lots of moisture, proteins and albumins. FRESH FRUIT FOR YOUR BACK provides your skin with moisture and vitamins. PINEAPPLE provides moisture and it reduces the pores. Apply fresh slices on the skin and leave them for approx. 15 minutes. CUCUMBER refreshes the skin and smoothes small wrinkles, apply fresh slices to your face and neck, leave for 5 minutes, rinse with water. PARSLEY is FOR PEELING EFFECT mix sesame or rough see salt or semolina with any off the masks or cosmetic cream, rub off after 10-15 minutes.
